Important: Read this release carefully: In consideration of the acceptance of my application for this contest I intend to be legally bound, for not only myself but also for my heirs, my executors, and my administrators. In signing this Release from Liability I waive and release any person connected with this competition from any and all liability, including any result of negligence which may arise from this competition. Moreover, I agree that the urine testing method which the contest promoter and the sponsors of this use to detect the presence of all performance enhancing “drugs” that are on the International Olympic Committee (IOC) banned list, including Pro-Hormones, shall be conclusive. That is, I understand that I will not be able to challenge the results of the drug tests. Any Adulterated/Diluted/Tainted Urine test will automatically will give you a failed result. Should I fail to pass the drug tests, I agree to forfeit any trophy or award which I might otherwise have won. I understand and agree that if I fail to pass the drug tests, my name will appear on a published list of suspended members. If it is determined that I have failed the drug test, I agree to waive any claim for which legal relief is available. I agree to pay any attorney fees and litigation expenses incurred by any person, real or corporate, whom I may sue in an effort to challenge this Release from Liability form. I understand that my agreement to pay attorney fees and litigations expenses is the sine qua non for the acceptance of my entry in the contest. If any provision of the Release from Liability shall be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remainder of this Release from Liability shall remain in full force and effect. I also certify with my signature that this release/agreement cannot be modified orally. In consideration of accepting this entry, I, hereby intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, Executors or administrators, waive ANY AND ALL right and claim for damages I may have against SheBuilds Productions, Wealth of Health Nutrition Centers, Inc., The National Gym Association (NGA), the sanctioned venue, their agents and representatives for any and all injuries suffered in connection with an NGA sanctioned event and in traveling to and from them. Further, I agree to hold harmless and waive and release all photo rights for media (TV, magazines, newspapers) to the NGA for the purpose of promoting bodybuilding through the sale of video tapes, photos on any network, cable or local TV airing. I also understand that if time dictates, only the top 5 in each class will pose at the night show. I also agree to submit to a polygraph test which will identify any use of any anabolic steroids, growth hormone, prescription diuretics or banned substances by me within the last seven years. I understand I may be asked to submit to urinalysis testing.
