POLYGRAPH TESTING:
All competitors will be required to take a polygraph test by our designated examiner, James Page, or provide proof of a polygraph taken within the 90 days prior to April 7th, 2012. Testing is Thursday, 4/5/12 or Friday, 4/6/12 at Holiday Inn Express, 2270 Channing Way in Idaho Falls.
The $45 fee will be included with your entry fee to SheBuilds Productions. Competitors failing will be disqualified and banned from this and future NGA events and will be required to take a urine test to prove natural status.
The polygraph exam will take approximately 1/2 hour.
The appointment times are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Contestants who live in the greater Idaho Falls area must schedule their appointments on Thursday April 5th or before noon on Friday the 6th. This will leave Friday afternoon and evening time slots open for athletes that are traveling from out-of-town.
Saturday testing will not be available. Scheduling for polygraph appointments begins on 3/26/12 and the most desirable time slots will be the first to fill.

URINALYSIS TESTING:
Random urinalysis testing will be conducted prior to the evening finals. All competitors must check-in by 4:30 pm and competitors chosen for testing will be notified at that time. Urine samples must be given before the start of evening finals at 5:30 pm.
